ATELIER ALDO COPPOLA ISOLA

Riva1920 oversaw the production of the solid wood furnishings for the new Aldo Coppola Isola Atelier, inaugurated at Via Borsieri 29 in Milan, a space that marks the brand’s return to a place deeply connected to the history of the Coppola family.

The project enhances the warmth and authenticity of wood, interpreted according to Riva1920’s philosophy through the use of Lebanese Cedar. Riva1920 uses logs sourced from trees already felled by municipalities and local authorities as part of land management activities, recovering this raw material and transforming it into solid wood furnishings.

The furnishings, designed by Aldo Coppola Jr. and crafted by Riva1920, are part of the AC Design Wood Nature Collection and include the BEKKUCCIO mirrors, KOMODA seating, the AUDREY bench and LA PETTINEUSE, an iconic wardrobe element.

Functional solutions that, thanks to the artisanal craftsmanship of solid wood, become an integral part of the Atelier’s architectural language, in a project combining natural materials, design and attention to detail.
